Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage finely shredded
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2-3 scotch bonnet peppers whole (adjust for spice preference)
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon allspice optional

Instructions

Prepare the Vegetables
