Ingredients

  • 3 ripe plantains yellow with brown spots
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
