Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2-3 Scotch bonnet peppers to taste
  • 4 green onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions

Combine Dry

  • In a small bowl, combine the allspice, ginger, dried thyme, salt, brown sugar, paprika, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Mix until well combined.

Add Wet

  • In a blender or processor, combine the ground spice blend with scotch bonnet peppers, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and lime juice.
  • Blend until smooth.

Store
