Stir in the diced tomato and jalapenos. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Add berebe spice seasoning
Cook for an additional minute.
Scramble the Eggs
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt.
Pour the eggs into the skillet over the sautéed vegetables.
Gently stir the mixture, cooking until the eggs are set.
Serve
Transfer the eggs to a serving plate.
