Ingredients
4ripe tomatoes
1medium red onion
1green bell pepper
1-2jalapeñosadjust to taste, heat
2tablespoonsfresh cilantro
3tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice

Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the tomatoes and dice them into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and finely chop the red onion.
Chop the green bell pepper and jalapeños (remove seeds for less heat).
Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onions, green bell pepper, and jalapeños.
Chop and add cilantro to bowl.
Dress the Salad
