Tips for Success
- Adjust the Sweetness: Adjust the sugar as desired. Honey or maple syrup can work as well for a natural sweetener choice.
- Add Fruit for a Twist: Add some lime or orange zest for an extra citrusy kick. Even a little pineapple juice can give it a tropical flair!
- Make it Ahead of Time: Jamaican sorrel actually gets better the longer it sits, so it’s a great drink to make ahead. It keeps well in the fridge for up to a week – just be sure to strain out the petals and spices before storing.
