Ingredients
4cupsAlmond Milk
Salta pinch or two
Cream of Wheat
4tbsp.Sugar
2tbsp.Vanilla Extract
Cinnamonas desired and extra for serving
Instructions
In a covered saucepot, bring (4) cups of almond milk to boil over medium heat.
While almond milk boils, prepare and measure the remaining ingredients.
Once the almond milk has started boiling, remove lid to add a pinch of salt, and slowly add (3/4) cup of Cream of Wheat. Carefully continue to stir.
Return pot to boil.
Reduce heat to low. Add (4) tablespoons of sugar, (2) tablespoons of vanilla extract, and a desired amount of cinnamon.
Simmer uncovered for (2-3) minutes, continue to stir.
Once Cream of Wheat has thickened, remove from heat. Give one last generous stir.
Allow to cool slightly, before serving.
